The Magic of Glass
A family tradition
Mika Glass is a family business established in 2000 by Monika and Paweł Trygar, with a passion for creating unique glass products. The originator of the company was Kazimierz Trygar, a talented artist who began his adventure with glass in 1962 at the Krosno Vocational School and then continued his work at the Krosno Glassworks. His works were exhibited in galleries across Germany, Denmark, and they won first prize at the Bosphorus Glass Festival in Turkey.
With over 20 years of experience in the glass industry, Mika Glass places great emphasis on the quality, uniqueness and detail of its products. Each product is made by hand by qualified glassblowers with many years of experience and a professional diploma. We create our products using the best materials available, carefully selecting paints and granulated glass, and the entire production process has been carried out using the same, unique method for years.
We specialize in handmade glass products, making each of them unique. Our offer includes a wide variety of products, and we are always open to suggestions and ideas form our customers, happy to help with the selection of colours and shapes. We operate internationally, collaborating for years with customers from England, Germany and the United States.
As a company, we are also involved in charitable activity – we are sponsors of the Mountain Balloon Competition in Krosno and for years we have been supporting WOŚP (The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity) by donating our glassware for auctions. We also proudly participate in the Karpackie Klimaty event, where, in front of an audience of thousands, we produced glass in the open air using a mobile smelting furnace.
