HISTORY
About our history
The idea to set up the company came from Kazimierz Trygar, a talented artist who began his adventure with glass in 1962 at the Basic Vocational School of Krosno Glassworks in Krosno, and after finishing his education, he took up a job at the Krosno Glassworks. The artist’s works were exhibited in galleries mainly in Germany, Denmark, and he was awarded first prize at the Bosphorus Glass Festival in Turkey.
Mika Glass is a family business established in 2000 by Monika and Paweł Trygar. Our company, with over 20 years of experience in the glass industry, cares about the quality, character and unique features of our products. Each piece is made by hand by qualified glassblowers with many years of experience and a professional diploma. We create our products using the best materials available on the market with the appropriate selection of paints, granulated glass and in the same unique way for years.
